Goods sold are not returnable and not refundable.

Exchange

When you exchange an item, your eligibility for the exchange and how it is issued may differ based on a number of factors, including how long you have had the item, how the item was purchased and the reason for the exchange.

Items to be exchanged must meet all these criteria below and in this whole policy to be eligible:

-In original condition, and packaging is also original

-Opened or used items are not eligible

-If original seal(s) are broken, exchange is not possible

-Value of the new item to be exchanged must be the same as the original price of the item bought. No refunds will be given for any difference in price.

-Original receipt must be accompanied in order to qualify for an exchange

-Products that affects hygiene such as earrings are not eligible for exchange.

​

Delivery costs are borne by the buyer who requested the exchange.

Items are eligible for exchange within 30 calendar days of purchase. The request must be made via the return and exchange form below. Requests made outside of this form are not eligible.

Legar has the right to update this return, exchange and delivery policy at its discretion and without notice. The mode of payment for refund is determined by Legar.​
